While millions of kids in India cannot afford the books they wish to read, there are privileged people who have the same books lying on their shelves - books that they have already read.
India Care Charitable Trust aims to bridge this gap!
We believe today’s children are tomorrow's leaders and hence aim at reaching those children who are denied their basic right to education due to inability to afford education. Hence, India Care Charitable Trust organizes various book distribution campaigns throughout the year to provide free books and stationery to underprivileged children. These campaigns are very beneficial for realizing the sustainable development goal of providing education to all.

GARMENT DISTRIBUTION
To give an underprivileged person a pair of clothes is as good as dressing him with self-respect. With this objective we distribute usable garments to the poorest of the poor children, women and men of all ages. In order to reach out to more poor and needy people, we distribute these garments through a network of various institutions. They in turn distribute the garments to individual beneficiaries.
All care is taken to provide timely help to the beneficiaries e.g. woolens & sweaters in winter and cotton in summer.

It helps people in need
Even though you don’t want your old clothes anymore, it’s almost guaranteed that someone else will. There are many people in need of usable clothing. There are disaster victims, underprivileged people, and children in need of clothing, and your donations can help. When you throw away your clothes, they have no chance of reaching people who need them the most.
It will give you an ego boost
When you do things for others, something good happens for you too. Doing a good deed like donating your old clothes will make you feel good because you’re doing something for a worthy cause. You’re getting rid of the clutter in your home and helping others at the same time.
FOOD DISTRIBUTION
It is really heart-wrenching to know that there are people out there having uncertainty over their next meal. That is the reason why we work tirelessly to ensure the food security that these underprivileged families and elderlies need.
To maintain our worthy cause, we are now imploring donors to pour their hearts out to donate funds for our monthly food rations to Ascending Hope community services. We hope that your generosity allows us to ensure that underprivileged families and elderlies will not have empty tables during their meals.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Various studies, as well as our experience, have shown that when we work towards women empowerment, the whole society benefits. But unfortunately in India, far from empowering women, most are denied even their basic rights like health, education of girls for women empowerment, employment and a respectable status in society.

Every year, we distribute educational material kits to 500 underprivileged students. The education kit contains a School bag, Long and Short Note Books, Dictionary, Shoes, Socks, Pencils, Erasers, Writing Pad, branded school uniforms, Sketch Pens, Geometry Box, Color Pencils, etc.
